Training is well underway for our team of Facilitators

12 full days of intensive training hit the half way point this weekend. We have had amazing sessions with guest teachers, including tutorials in how to lead and teach breathwork, QiGong, mindfulness and meditation as well as completing Advanced Practitioner Training in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or 'Tapping') with Bridin from Life Therapies clinic. We have completed months of case studies and assignments, and the commitment, excitement  and passion is just getting bigger!
